As a single gal, I’m more than happy to be working on Valentine’s Day!

This VD I’ll be hosting BUTT magazine‘s holiday bash at the gay latin nightclub Escuelita.

Of all the drag queens in the land, they chose me!  Actually, I’m one of the few DQs to ever to appear in Butt.  Although my interview only made the website (where I was highly praised as”refreshingly untalented.”).

I’m treating the event like my own personal Academy Awards.  I’m getting a new dress made, buying new accessories, scheduling 13 hours to put on makeup… And then I’ll slip into my ratty old house coat and head for the party to be jostled all night long by horny fags.

Glamorous life!

Miracle of miracles!  After mourning yesterday for my lost camera, I got it back!  Rejoice!

Sure enough, it was where I thought I had left it: the Bowery Poetry Club, my last (tipsy) stop on Saturday night.  A million thanks to the kind and selfless soul that turned it in.

At last I can share my vital photos from that fateful night!

Happy-go-lucky Linda at the beginning of the night. No problem with keeping track of my camera then!

Thank the Lord I didn't lose this photo of Sylvia slutting it up with an Urge go-go dancer.

Another precious slutty memory.

Whee, get down! Feeling undead at the Goth party Necromantic at Bowery Poetry Club!

Air guitar! I think that's what Sylvia was doing... She might have just been itching.

Last photo of the night. Sylvia had trouble focusing. Of course I was in perfect control... Just happened to misplace my camera. Could have happened to anyone...

HAPPY ENDING!  Welcome back, camera!

Bummer!  I lost my camera on Saturday night.

I’ve lost so many cameras over the years that it doesn’t even phase me anymore.  I cram too much stuff into my purses and things are bound to spill out.  Oh, and excessive alcohol consumption leading to clumsiness probably plays a minor part.

What does bug me is that I had a whole mess of great pix that I didn’t get to download, including Saturday’s foray with Sylvia London to Urge where we sat at the bar and got to intimately know each and every one of the go-go boys.  And after that Sylvia and I went to a Goth dance party!

If anyone finds a camera with a whole mess of photos of drag queens stuffing dollars into g-strings and dancing with ghouls, it’s mine!
