On the day after St. Patrick’s Day… the coast is clear! The green mobs have vanished and it’s time to frolic at the zaniest pop-up party in town, Dippity-Do-Drag!, a one-night-only happy hour affair—from 6:30 to 10pm precisely!
Linda Simpson hosts as a cast of female ILLusionists engage in all sorts of songs, skits and other SHEnanigns! Thrill to sweet ingénues Sylvia London, Violet Temper and Shaquanda Coca Mulatta, along with oldtimers (very old) Flloyd, Chris Tanner and Sultana! Representing the “real girls” (or so she says) is DJ Erin Markey! And don’t miss drag artiste Curtsy’s special toilette art installation, “Poo Poo Pee Doo,” in glorious brown and yellow!
Admission is free to this late-winter perker upper—a chance to finally mingle after long months of hibernation! Discounted drinks 6:30–7:30pm, shows start at 7pm.
