CANCELLED BECAUSE OF SNOWY WEATHER!!! BOO!
On Saturday, October 29th, I’m heading to New York’s haunted waterfront to host the costume contest at Frying Pan restaurant and bar’s popular annual Halloween bash!
Located on a mighty barge that juts into the Hudson River, the huge space includes a semi-enclosed glass-plate atrium that offers dramatic views of the city lights and moonlit sky. Also available is the historical (and very spooky looking) Frying Pan lightship which is docked next to the barge.
At 10:30pm the action shifts to the stage for the contest with spectacular prizes awarded to the sexiest, scariest and best-over-all contestants. DJ Barney Iller (from Brooklyn’s art-party scene) provides music, and the celebrity judges include Real Housewives of New York star Brad Boles (the gay husband of Jill Zarin).
Admission is free, plus a full bar and food menu will be available.
