In honor of Dick Clark’s death I’ve been watching old YouTube clips of American Bandstand, including this appearance by singer Teena Marie in 1978. I love the song, but if Teena had been lipsynching for her life she’d have beat Dick to the grave!

It was perfect drag weather last night as I traveled with a queenly pack in the East Village. Our compelling look caught the attention of some Russian tourists, and we engaged in lively group conversation. I love spontaneously meeting new people!  

As a longtime fan of Diet Coke, I simply can’t wait to sip from a bottle designed by fashion maestro Jean Paul Gaultier who’s the brand’s new creative director in Europe. Paris, here I come!      

I’m not the only Interneter who has noticed the resemblance between transgender beauty queen Jenna Talackova and Ivanka Trump. It’s funny because Donald Trump owns the Miss Universe Pageant, which Jenna wants to enter. Wouldn’t it be wild if Ivanka revealed that she was transgender too?
