As part of the New York Art Book Fair, I’m again presenting my slideshow extravaganza “The Drag Explosion,” which premiered in July to great acclaim!
Travel back in time as I narrate my photos of NYC’s momentous drag scene from the late 1980s to the mid ’90s. (Check out
Afterwards, it’s the launch of my debut photo book, PAGES, an homage to the phenomenon known as Page.
I’ll be autographing copies. The book sells for $20. (In mid-October, the book arrives at bookstores, plus there will be another celebratory event. More info to come.)
The slideshow begins at 4pm.
The location is the auditorium of MoMA PS1 in Long Island City, Queens.
Admission is free.
