Memorial Day weekend in NYC includes “Fleet Week,” featuring a flotilla of military boats and scores of uniformed sailors wandering the city streets.
It’s kind of sexy… But if used to be sexier when foreign sailors were allowed to roam too. Since 9/11, they’re not allowed for security reasons. How dumb is that!
